Concrete Cleaning

Before

After - Concrete Clean

Wet damp weather causes a build-up of fungus and moss, not only making your patio/paths and driveway look unsightly, but it can also be very dangerous when it gets slippery.

A clean, well-maintained driveway or concrete surface will add to your property’s overall kerb appeal. Often the first impression is the most lasting, and the driveway is where guests, clients and customers arrive – so it makes sense to keep it looking its best.

The Process

TLC Softwash will first spray your surface with our cleaning agent which removes mould/fungus and kills the spores. The areas are then pressure washed using medium to high water pressure.

Once we have completed the pressure washing, we wash away any splash back leaving all areas looking clean, neat and tidy.

Concrete & Driveway Cleaning FAQ’s

  • Yes we can. We will apply our cleaning agent first, followed by a medium to high pressure wash of the concrete driveway and paths.

  • We would recommend first pressure washing the surface to provide you with an immediate result aesthetically.  We can then apply our moss/mould/lichen treatment to your driveway or concrete path.  This is a slow acting treatment which kills the spores.  Alternatively, you can opt for the moss/mould/lichen treatment only.

  • Not when you engage a professional such as TLC Softwash. Our cleaning technicians are trained in the correct techniques to ensure a great result with no damage

  • TLC Softwash have washed many tennis courts and netballs courts.  We understand the importance of ensuring that the surface of tennis courts and netball courts are not slippery for those playing on them.
