Gutter Cleaning
Blocked gutters can lead to major water damage to your commercial property if not cleaned out regularly. It is recommended that you have your gutters cleaned twice a year, once in late spring and again in late autumn after the leaves have fallen. This ensures that leaves and debris don’t build up and lead to the growth of moss and mould over the winter months
TLC Softwash will remove all debris from your gutters by hand. Once the gutters are clear of debris, we will flush the gutters and downpipes.

Moss/Mould/Lichen Treatments
Aside from the fact that Moss/Mould and Lichen makes your roof look unsightly, Moss/Mould and Lichen can cause significant damage to your roof. TLC Softwash can treat your commercial building roof with our slow acting, long lasting roof treatment.
The treatment is applied to your roof and left to kill the Moss/Mould and Lichen (including spores) over a period between 4 weeks and 6 months (depending on type of growth).
The treatment typically lasts up to 18 months, however we do recommend having the roof treated every 12-18 months to prevent the growth from returning.
High Pressure Washing
Wet damp weather causes a build-up of fungus and moss, not only making your carparks/paths and yards decks look unsightly, but it can also be a Health and Safety issue when it gets slippery.
TLC Softwash will first spray your surface with our cleaning agent which removes mould/fungus and kills the spores. The areas are then pressure washed using medium to high water pressure.
Once we have completed the pressure washing, we wash away any splash back leaving all areas looking clean, neat and tidy, and without the worry of employees or visitors slipping.
