In the heart of Hawkes Bay, surrounded by vineyards and breathtaking landscapes, TLC Softwash began its journey. Founded on family values and a commitment to exceptional service, what started as a small local business quickly grew into one of the most trusted names in exterior cleaning services across New Zealand.
Humble Beginnings
TLC Softwash opened its doors in Havelock North in 2020. Armed with determination and a vision for cleaner, more beautiful properties, the team set out to redefine exterior cleaning. From the very first house wash, it was clear that TLC Softwash was more than just a service—it was a promise of quality and care. Word of mouth spread quickly, and soon, TLC Softwash became the go-to for homeowners and property managers across Napier, Hastings, Havelock North, and Central Hawkes Bay.
Growing Footprints
As the reputation for quality and reliability grew, so did the business. TLC Softwash expanded its services to Christchurch, with two dedicated owner/operators leading the charge. Josh, based in Rolleston, took responsibility for the Selwyn District and Christchurch Central, while Mani, operating from Kaiapoi, covered the Waimakariri District and Christchurch Central. Their local knowledge and commitment to the brand’s values allowed TLC Softwash to flourish in the South Island, bringing the same level of care and expertise that had become synonymous with the name.
But the story didn’t end there. TLC Softwash set its sights on Auckland, establishing an office in Browns Bay, right in the heart of the East Coast Bays of Auckland's North Shore. From this hub, TLC Softwash extended its professional exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial properties, covering the stretch from Orewa to Ellerslie and everywhere in between. Soon after, Shaair became the proud owner/operator of TLC Softwash South Auckland. Based out of Papatoetoe, services are offered from Mt Wellington through to Papakura in the South and all suburbs in between.
